Questions
What does a standard cleaning include?
Our standard cleaning covers regular upkeep of your home, including kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry areas and living spaces. It typically involves dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning appliances as per our checklist.
What are your cleaning rates?
We charge by square footage for standard and deep cleaning services. Standard cleanings start at $135 for homes up to 1500 sq ft and vary based on frequency and size. Deep cleanings start at $275+ depending on square footage. Custom cleanings are $50 per hour per person with a two-person, one-hour minimum.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are subject to fees ranging from 25% to 100% of the service price depending on how close to the appointment the cancellation is. Emergency exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide us with a way to access their home (for example, a key or code). You’re welcome to be home if you prefer, but it’s not required.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our team brings all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco ‑friendly products. If you have special products you’d like us to use, just let us know.
