Danny’s Helping Hands

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, booking, or using services provided by Danny’s Helping Hands (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services
The Company provides residential and/or commercial cleaning and related services as agreed at the time of booking. The scope, duration, and pricing of services are based on the information provided by the Client.
The Company reserves the right to modify the scope of services and/or adjust pricing if actual conditions differ materially from those disclosed at booking.

3. Booking, Pricing, and Payment
• Services must be scheduled in advance.
• Pricing is based on the information provided by the Client.
• Additional charges may apply for:
• Excessive dirt or hazardous conditions
• Additional time or services requested onsite
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


The Company reserves the right to charge late fees, suspend services, and/or pursue collection actions for unpaid balances, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and No-Show Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
• Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and a fee may apply.


5. Access and Service Conditions
The Client is responsible for providing:
• Safe and timely access to the service location
• Accurate entry instructions
• A safe working environment


The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or materially different from those disclosed. In such cases, applicable charges may still apply.

6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items
• Disclose any hazards, including pets, pests, chemicals, or structural risks
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available and functioning


The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from undisclosed risks, improper installations, or unsecured items.

7. Satisfaction and Re-Service
Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of completion. The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide a re-service or other reasonable remedy.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at the Company’s discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Danny’s Helping Hands shall not be liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from faulty installations, aging materials, or improper maintenance
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages


The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Damage Claims
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. The Company reserves the right to inspect and determine the appropriate resolution, including repair, replacement, or compensation at its discretion.

10. Health and Safety
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where conditions pose a health or safety risk, including but not limited to:
• Biohazards or hazardous materials
• Aggressive animals
• Unsafe structural conditions


In such cases, full or partial service charges may still apply.

11. Third-Party Services
The Company may use third-party platforms for scheduling, communication, and payment processing. The Company is not responsible for errors, outages, or failures caused by such third-party providers.

12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Danny’s Helping Hands, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to:
• The Client’s breach of these Terms
• Unsafe conditions at the service location
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client

13. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with these Terms.

14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, labor disputes, government actions, or utility failures.

15. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted publicly. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Arizona.
