We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

The actual duration of the service may vary depending on various factors, including the initial condition of the property, the specific tasks requested, the presence of clutter, and any unforeseen circumstances. Our team will work diligently to complete the cleaning efficiently, and it may take less time than the estimate.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

We understand that your time is valuable, and ours is too. To ensure efficient scheduling and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price. Cancellations made within 36 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the service price. Cancellations made within 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Cancellations made within 60 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees will be added to the next scheduled booking cost. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 72 hours notice before an appointment when we have availability. This will not alter future, previously scheduled appointments. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact Kris as soon. as possible to discuss your situation.
